Man of the Match - Kevin Pietersen

Best Catch - Craig Kieswetter

Maximum Boundaries - Kevin Pietersen

Best Bowler - Jade Dernbach

Sweet and Salty performance - Asad Shafiq

Maximum Sixes Award -Kevin Pietersen

It has been a clinical performance from the English team here.  Pakistan started off well but they ended up with a sub par score and it was never easy to defend that. The English batsmen were jolted by the dismissal of Captain Cook, but Kevin Pietersen was the man for them. He hung in there, stitched partnerships and sent the bad balls to the boundary and won the game for England.

The bowling was above par but it was not good enough to defend a low total. Though they picked up the wicket off the first over, Paksitani batsmen had no answer to the partnership of Kevin Pietersen and Kieswetter. Who would have thought that after losing the Test series 3-0 the English team would return the favor to the Pakistani side and beat them 4-0.

Its going to be a wonderful boost of condidence ahead of a crucial tour of Sri Lanka and Pakistan, if they want to win the T20 series, must look for answers as they have completely been beaten comprehensively by a well oiled English ODI side. The presentation ceremony will be underway soon and there are no prizes for guessing who the Man of the Match would be. Do stay tuned.
