Thank you for joining us, hope you would have liked our coverage, don't forget to log back in for tomorrow's most important game in CB Series, Australia & Sri Lanka will be clashing @ 8.50 A.m. I.S.T. till then, this is Nirav Panchal signing off along with the fellow commentators. Good Night!

Misbah-Ul-Haq:
I think it is a wonderful win, we were heavily criticized due to our ODI performance, I was confident about Junaid, I told him to forget about everything and concentrate on bowling yorkers. I promoted Afridi since he is a good player of spin but we lost some wickets in tandem, an good inning from Shoaib Malik, it was a much needed inning, now it's important for us to keep on winning the games.

Stuard Broad:
We had our chance in the game, the fast bowlers did well but our batting did not chip it in, especially in the middle overs. Pakistan's opening made it a bit difficult for us, our bowling was great but our fielding let us down, KP did a good job opening for us since its a bit difficult.

Man of the match: Umar Gul:
I want to thank Allah for this opportunity, I was under pressure since the team did not well in the one day internationals, but the team had confidence in me, I was not panicked due to Junaid's first over since I knew he could bowl good in death overs.

Outstanding Performance - Umar Gul

Maximum Boundaries - Kevin Pietersen

Overall Performance - Mohammad Hafeez

Best bowler - Graeme Swann

Best Catch - Jonny Bairstow

Maximum Sixes - Shoaib Malik

Stay tuned for presentation!

Why did Swann come ahead of Broad is a question to ponder over. Credit for the 8 run win has to go to Gul first who picked 2 wickets in the 18th over and the prized wicket of Bopara in the 16th. Ajmal bowled a dream over giving away just 4 in the 19th to leave Pakistan with 18 to defend and Junaid Khan did well. Two boundaries by Shoaib Malik, one of a misfield and one of the inside edge have been the difference, one could say. Pakistan in the end held their nerve, with their never say die attitude after Hafeez gave them a great chance. Bopara played well for his 39 but couldn't see England through. Finally, Pakistan win in the shorter format!

Turned out to be an over without twists, the last one, 18 was always going to be tough and Junaid Khan kept his cool to bowl excellent blockhole deliveries.

19.6

Junaid Khan to Jonathan Bairstow, 2 runs, fuller delivery, worked away towards deep mid wicket, a misfield but they don't have to care. Misbah is elated!

Marchant de Lange of South Africa bowled a no ball yesterday with 6 required off 1 ball.

19.5

Junaid Khan to Jonathan Bairstow, 2 runs, full toss on off, slammed down the ground, fielded at long off, Misbah walks across and pats Junaid Khan on his back

19.4

Junaid Khan to Graeme Swann, 1 run, unless he does something silly he has done it, yorker outside off, Swann can only guide it towards extra cover

19.3

Junaid Khan to Jonathan Bairstow, 1 run, Junaid is doing well here, full on leg stump again, drilled down the ground to long on, good fielding by Hafeez

19.2

Junaid Khan to Jonathan Bairstow, 2 runs, fuller delivery, swung hard towards deep mid wicket, Hafeez runs around from long on, slips as he collects the ball, they run 2

Junaid has 16 now to play with and you would expect him to be comfortable with that cushion.
